Vision:

    To guide the youth towards better employment and self-employment opportunities by improving access to skills training and building a positive approach among the younger generation towards various vocations.

Mission:

    To empower children and youth by providing them sustainable avenues of skill development, for earning a livelihood with honour - in line with the National Mission of Skill India.

Objectives:

1. To create awareness among youth and children about opportunities for skills training and employment.

2. To guide the youth for vocational education, employment, and self-employment.

3. To establish linkages among schools, communities, institutes, employers and industry to improve access to skills training and explore opportunities of employment and self-employment.

4. To undertake any other activities supporting the cause of training and employment of the youth.
